Our configuration files can be used in any device that supports our app, or the AmneziaWG app, such as smart TV's phones, desktop computers, tablets and so on.
Do you save any of my information such as payment, email, IP address and so on?
Short anwser is no! Absolutely nothing. The only thing we know about you, is your telegram userid, which we use to create in our system. In our system we only see a bunch of numbers, and we, authorities, or anyone else can never link you to anything, because we simply do NOT log anything about our clients. Above all, we value your anonymity, and we will never ask for, or store any information that can disclose you - in any way, shape or form.
What happens after I have paid?
Our Telegram bot will automatically send you a compressed .zip file to the device us use to sign up for our service. In this .ZIP compressed file, is included a QR code, a vpnURI and a configuration file. Most of our users then send this file to themselves via Email, and open it safely on their computer, from where they can open the image QR code, where they can scan it with their device to get instantly connected. This is also a good way to keep your files on another device besides the device were using when you paid.
How do I renew my VPN?
Our Telegram bot handles all payments. We CANNOT auto renew your payment, and even if we could we would not. When you start sending messages to our bot, you will have the option to renew any of your devices you would like, by simply telling the bot to renew with a simple /renew command. You can always check the status of your devices by sending a single /status command to our Telegram bot.
